You can make a complaint or claim yourself for free — by complaining directly to the firm involved and, if you are not satisfied with the response, at no cost to the relevant statutory ombudsman, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service. No win, no fee. If you choose to use us and your claim succeeds, our fee is 25% + VAT (30% inclusive of VAT) of the compensation we recover for you, capped at £10,000 inclusive of VAT per claim.
