Ingram Toft is a trading name of LS Claims Ltd, a claims management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 831386). You do not have to use a claims management company. You can make a complaint or claim yourself for free — by complaining directly to the firm involved and, if you are not satisfied with the response, at no cost to the relevant statutory ombudsman, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service. No win, no fee. If you choose to use us and your claim succeeds, our fee is 25% + VAT (30% inclusive of VAT) of the compensation we recover for you, capped at £10,000 inclusive of VAT per claim. There are no upfront fees. If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay us nothing. You may cancel free of charge within 14 days; after that, a pro-rata fee for work completed may apply.
